@PigMayor, I can't put you in the convo for some reason, and I can only invite 5 ppl in the convo, so pichi cant join either... You guys think we dont need a convo?

We also have another problem, it'll have to be delayed until tomorrow, so I had an idea, we will do half of the case(you get you arguments together) until the 27th(last day for entries) then after that we do the second half( the danger zone) where I can give my verdict at any moment

If it helps any you can invite a moderator to the PM and ask them to add the people you need in the convo.

I shall now describe the incident: Yesterday, at 5pm, Luigi was sleeping in his E rank mansion, when suddenly, he died, the murder weapon appears to be the koopa shell, which has Ms. Toadstool's fingerprints on it, we are still looking for more evidence. Prosecution, you may start(also, the ppl who didn't pay earlier, now is the time so there can be the prize at the end)

There's evidence in the first page, and you can call witnesses, almost any witness, I'll play the witness.

Though I will need some more evidence to state a claim. Peach could've been the last one to touch the shell, also the most common way of killing with a koopa shell is by kicking it. And it was peach's FINGER prints. Also, what if Peach brought Luigi a koopa shell to use and just suicided, or accidentally killed himself?
Also according to this video (backed by scholarly sources):
states that fingerprints can actually not be unique! Making Peach able to be innocent.
