My little brother names his pokemon funny things. It's even funnier because he is (or was) not too good at spelling.
He named his Tepig: Fiyrbig (Tried to spell Fire Pig)
Pidove: ABC Bird (Idk)

I also name a few pokemon silly things
Thundurus: Mustache (It's to fabulous to ignore)
Honchkrow: Pizza Hut (I prefer dominos but his hat looks like the Pizza Hut logo)
Chimchar family: Fire butt
Oh and I use this nickname on a few pokemon: omg he
It's funny to see omg he fainted! and: omg he used tackle!

Shiny Breloom (Showdown): Super Mario

Either Krokorok/Krookodile (GTI): Buaya (it means crocodile, literally )

well to be honest I don't usually nickname my Pokémon but occasionally ill do a walkthrough and nickname a few of them some of my favorite are:
Regice: Frozone (after frozone from the incredible)
Regirock: Rocky
Regigigas: Bigfoot
Rayquazza: Slypher (sky dragon)
and a few others lol I also like to name Gengar something like Casper lol I don't know I tend not to make nicknames because sometimes I cant think of anything good

I had a theme with naming my pokemon I always used stars so it was like Corvus, Sirius, Orion, Polaris, and stuff. The weirdest name I ever used though would have to be Sir Walt. I names it after my girlfriends dog.

I don't usually nickname my pokemon but when I do, I use obvious or dumb nicknames, for example:
Dragonite: Goodie
Spheal: Rollin' (because he rolls)
Lugia: Rain Dance (because it had move rain dance)
Bagon: Cameron (I don't even know why)
Aggron: Mommy (because he's a big Momma)
Swampert: Muffin
Kyogre: Poseidon
Uxie: Einstein
Deerling: Bambi

............and so on

Most if the funny nicknames I kept were from my Pokemon Platinum Randomizer, in which I kept a nickname clause on keeping funny nicknames.

My best nickname (not the funniest thought) is Absoluté for my Absol in Pokémon X. Since it is a female Absol and Kalos is Poké-France it seemed very fitting. That, and the fact that doom is absolute for all the NPCs that face Absoluté.
