Mine was a Ditto in Gold Version because I forgot about it in the daycare... But if you mean a Pokemon that I trained up all by myself, my first level 100 would be my Raticate Nibbles from Heart Gold.

I really cannot remember which Pokemon I made level 100 first. I think it was Charizard.

I remember, I made quite a few Pokemons level 100.

My first was Rayquaza in Pokemon SoulSilver. It took me so many hours to get it, but it was definitely worth all the time.

All my pokemon were level 100 in the red version, I totally used the missingno cheat to multiply a bunch of rare candies..
But in the later games I got there with my own hard work. My first was Cyndaquil.

Pikachu from pokemon yellow. Dude as a kid i beat that game so many times. I beat the elite four 485 times and by the end i had a full team of 100's. I could solo the entire elite four with just pikachu by the end. Pikachu was the one pokemon i was forced to use, so for better or worse, he was with me through thick and thin. I remember when i faced brock, omg there were no words for how mad i was when i first faced him only to lose so hard. Looking back on the days of me training until pikachu was so high level i won with tackles makes me smile.

My first would be Infernape from Pokemon Diamond, but gosh that took like a week

Mine was a swampert that my bro had and I trained so much that eventually it became at level 100,the game was some hacked game though because you could have caught every legendary pokemon I think.Plus I think that swampert must have been not all that powerful for a lv 100 seeing how I trained it when I was at that age.

My first legit (without using rare candies) was Rayquaza from Sapphire. I still have it today in my Alpha Sapphire. Aside from that, my Shiny flawless Charizard that I bred was the other level 100 of mine. I bred it in X and use it still in AS.

My first level 100 pokemon was my Charizard. Back then, when I didnt know about pokemon, I only trained my starter, so it was pretty easy. I transferred it over from fire red to platinum to black 2 then to x. So I use it alot.

My first level 100 was Jolteon on Pokemon Blue version back in the day... I trained at the elite four for ever... Now everyone uses the missingno glitch but back then we did not now about that so... xD
