Do you play Demos?

Demos are the only things I downloaded on the eshop along with some applications like youtube,I enjoyed playing them but all good things have to come to an end sometimes,so sad but I think the best demo so far is Super Smash Bros for 3ds.

I rarely, if ever, use demos. The only demo I tried on my 3DS was the Smash demo. Usually, I look to Youtube videos or reviews for gameplay if I am iffy about purchasing said game. I guess it's mainly for convenience. And you don't get the full experience when playing a demo.

I download all demos I like. Some are really great, I keep those. some turn out to be boring and I will delete the boring ones. I think it's a nice way to add some variety to your game-collection without having to spend money on a game that you might not like after all. My favourite demo is Etrian Odyssey Untold the Millennium Girl, it is a really complete demo with several hours of content. I still want to buy the full game but for unknown reasons it is almost impossible to get one around here.

They can also make you to NOT buy a game (Looking at you Zombie U)
Seriously, the demo was boring as hell.

lol... I didn't got the sarcasm

I suppose the content of the demo can also make you want or not the game.
For example, after playing Sonic Lost World demo (Wii U) I feel it was slow and not for my taste (and I actually want more the Zelda DLC than the game itself )

On the case of Bravely Default, it was great because it make you want to play more (I like the idea of a mini-exclusive story or quest for the demo >.>)

I like demos, but usually I'm way too lazy to go to the eshop to download them I think demos are great, as they can provide you with a lot of entertainment if you have a lot of them.

I love those unlimited play club-nintendo exclusive demos though

I /hate/ demos with a burning passion, because It ends eventually. And I have to get the actual game. Which is pretty hard considering I have to get all of mine from overseas.

I only have 2 demos which are the special demo for sbb and Bravely default but even those I rarely play

Not yet, because I have only the Super Smash Bros demo and I have not yet played it. But I have played the other smash bros and they are really fun. Those are the demos I have but I don't play them.

yea I dont own the full game either and tons of people asked me if I wanted to try but I said no because you get a sense of accomplishment and you can actually play it whenever instead of borrowing it.

That and the game is more fun that way.

but game demos are just an example about how the game works to me demo's are just a small piece of the game that has more secrets and more adventures to come.

I play the Super Smash Bros. for 3DS demo alot. I got the special Demo that has unlimited uses, so I spend a lot of time just on that demo. I usually get demos before I get a new game, such as Pokemon: Gates to Infinity, and Tomodachi Life.

I have the ssb and bravely default demo. I eventually bought the bravely default full version because i enjoy playing the demo. SSB is next.

For some games thatmim interested in I play it to see kit I will buy it but I play a little. Because I'm like this is fun I'm going to buy the gam s I don't want more to be ruined and I want to be even more excited about getting the game. But it depends when I get demos.

Some demos are really cool , such as SSB demo and AS/OR demo. But those two are the only demos i have played. If i want a game, i just buy it, i dont really need to play it in demo version first, because demos are sometimes very bad when the game itself is really good

I don't play any demo games for the Nintendo 3ds I wait when the games comes out then I play it. Because playing demos wouldn't be right.
