@Artes Oscuras Pokémon within Eggs cannot learn tutor moves. Also, Double-Edge is a Generation III exclusive tutor move, for ORAS tutor moves please refer to this page (scroll down to Battle Resort #1 and #2). Otherwise I can do these:
Onix (standard) 2PC + Snorunt (standard) 2PC = 4PC

@Artes Oscuras Would you mind if your Onix only has 4IVs (HP, Attack, Defense and Sp. Def)? Since you requested to not have a perfect Speed IV and neither Onix nor Steelix use special attacks it's a waste of time to breed for the last IV, specially because of the Sp. Attack reducing nature you requested. If you still want it I'll do it though. If you're OK with it then your order is ready! If not you'll have to give me a little more time.
