What was your first shiny?

It was a shelmet in pokemon black 2 when i was training up my brother's pokemon and eventually took the game for myself and changed up my party,i don't know how long it took but i was in that grass battling wild pokemon one after the other.

My first shiny was a shiny zubat in Pokemon Pearl and I love to catch rare things so I caught that even though I HATE those dumb zubats that attack you in caves !!! I really liked the shiny but I just left it in my PC but I will still remember that encounter of that beautiful thing I never ever done shiny hunting because I don't have the time but I still enjoy other peoples stories and I hope to catch another shiny soon though

the first shiny pokemon i ever got was a shiny marill in pokemon ruby verson. Back then i thought the game was glitch because it was green, even though it a marill and i don't like them i needed a water pokemon to give the hm move surf and dive. When my friend saw it he tooled me what a shiny pokemon was

My first Shiny Pokémon was a Shiny Pidgey in Pokémon Firered. That Pidgey was my first Pokémon I caught in that game, as the game went on it eventually evolved into a majestic Shiny Pidgeot ^-^ I've had it for a very long time and now, in ORAS It can finally become even more Majestically Awesome with its Mega form!!

Mine first shiny was Geodude in Fire Red.
back then I didnt know what shiny pokemon were but I likes the gold colour on Geodude

My first shiny I caught was in Pokemon Black, after I beat the elite four. It was a Fearow >w< I was so excited! I thought'd I'd never catch or encounter a shiny *.* Wrong, I was.

My first shiny was Wingull. It was funny because I was never shiny hunting in the first place. I was ev training my Greninja's speed with horde training when I ran into the shiny Wingull. I was about to kill it to when I noticed it. It was a pain to because I had to kill the other Wingull's first and then the shiny Wingull would just not stay in the ultra ball. Finally though, I captured it and kept it. I still have it until this day.

Well I don't have great luck with shiny , but finally I got my shiny last year while hatching lot of eggs it was shiny frokie. This pokemon is very special to me as I hatched more than 900 eggs for it .finally I got my result a cool shiny frokie.

I had bad luck with shinies up until Gen VI. If the red Gyarados from HGSS doesn't count, then it would be my gold Geodude in XY, which I found in a horde. Most of them were using Magnitude which dealt damage to the shiny as well and whilst two of them died, I managed to knock out the other two and catch the shiny. I was relieved and overjoyed when I did.

It must be hard to catch that shiny pokemon in horde as I also randomly run into shiny ralts in horde in as it was so confusing and atlast by by mistake I killed that shiny ralts:cry::cat:

Unlucky! :eek: That must have been painful, I don't know what I would have done if that had happened too me, especially a Ralts, its shiny looks so cool with the blue head!

ah for me it was smoochum from the egg you got somewhere around goldenrod city in crystal. back than i didn't see any different color to it, but it had the golden sparks and they looked amazing.

As the question asks,which pokemon was your first shiny? this excludes event pokemon, such as ones you could get in-game(for example gyarados, so much red *w*) or ones that were distributed by nintendo through codes, store events etc. What did you catch?
My first shiny that i caught was a Gulpin, i ran into it by accident in the Kalos region (i have been playing since Diamond/Pearl, Sinnoh region, that is pretty sad that i didn't catch one until now actually haha), i was just running around trying to catch and complete my pokedex when i came across a hoard of gulpin, and surprisingly enough a shiny was awaiting me and my TalonFlame, good thing i had a pikachu w/ nuzzle to stun it! Otherwise i would have lost it xD. I've told you my story, you should share you stories with us here :D

My first shiny Pokemon is was not from a real Pokemon game. It is from a rom hack called Dark Rising. Anyways the Pokemon was a Skorupi. The moment I saw it, I was breathless and was hoping that I was able to catch it. Luckily I did.

Well my first shiny was in Ruby, it was a Megnemite, and at the time it didn't look any different on my poorly-lit Gameboy Advance BUT I heard the shiny sound effect that plays, and the little effect around the Pokemon. I, as well, thought it was glitching out and immediately defeated it and quit my game without saving, for fear of it ruining my cartridge or something... Like 8 years later, I found a shiny Sentret in the safari zone on Soulsilver, and SOMEHOW managed to catch it!! God I was so relieved...

I received my first Shiny in a trade. It was a level 100 Black Charizard from pokemon x. Best. Trade. EVER!

My first shiny was a lickylicky given free by a jpn passerby and I started trading and trading until this update which allowed soul dews and hoopas to be tradable for a little while. I got 2 hoopas and trade 1 hoopa 4 72 shinies. I evolve everyone one of them(investment) and trade for better shinies better ivs. That trade took me 1hr 24minutes longest trade ever. I should of kept the hoopa but was too nice:).

Lol I didn't catch red Gyarados I keep killing it because it seems pretty common to me.All you gotta do is get the HGG SS games and catch a red Gyarados at the Lake Of Rage.My first shiny was a Combee.At first I didn't know it was a shiny then I realized that the colour was different so I caught it.
