What was your first shiny?

wow so i caught a shiny magicarp chain fishing and ev training mewtwo. It was my first encounter shiny, I was happy but nyow shiny gyarados and stuff...

My first shiny was a shiny ponyta I named it Shinypony. I caught it in Pokemon Platinum. After I found that shiny I kept on seeing a lot of shiny Pokemon and then when I saw a shiny Pachirisu I accidentally killed it after that I never saw a shiny in platinum ever again. The last shiny I caught was Furfrou I think it was called Bowwow.

The shiny Gyarados in pokémon HeartGold. That didn't feel "real" though, as everyone encountered it anyway. My first "real" shiny was a Luvdisk thanks to chain-fishing.

The first shiny was corphish in Alpha Sapphire. Being aplayer with access to the internet, I knew about shinies for a while. I was also jealous of my brother because he caught a shiny grimer in diamond and a few in his copy of Omega Ruby. Iwas breeding for a crawdaunt for competitive purposes and I got a masuda shiny corphish. Unfortunately it was 1IV with shell armour. So I keep it in my box as a trophy shiny.

I first shiny was a shiny Gyardos in Pokemon Platinum I did it regularly and didn't even know how to breed, I got were Tropius's XD The fail-egg Pokemon I called it because most of the time I put two Pokemon in the Day Care to train it, I ended up with a Tropius XDXDXD

My first shiny ever was a shiny rhyhorn that I encountered in the ORAS safari zone. I had never really cared all that much about shinies because everyone was breeding for them. Now I have bread pokemon form my team and never got any shinies. So when I ran into this rhyhorn I kinda panicked. I manged to no kill it all the way, but it refused to get in my ultra balls. After about 13 tries or so I finally got and still have it now.

My first Shiny was a purple Wurmple in Ruby/Sapphire. I didn't know it was Shiny at first, though. Now, I know better than that.

First Shiny: Literally the red Gyarados in Lake of Rage
First Shiny that wasn't that: Shiny Makuhita from Wonder Trade, which I wonder traded away because I didn't notice it was a shiny.
First Shiny under my OT: Onyx from Masuda Method Breeding. And surprisingly, I got a shiny absol not even a week later than that.

I would say the Red Gyrados from Crystal, but that one is kinda just handed to you, you don't actually get a satisfaction from getting a shiny that will always be shiny. But a shiny that came on a random encounter (which I consider my first) is Corsola. I knew that Corsolas were originally pink, then when I saw it's blue coating with the sparkles effects like the ones Gyrados had I knew then that it was a special Corsola and caught it on spot. I looked it up later that day asking why it was blue and it was there that I learned what shiny pokemon were truly about. And felt proud for catching a rare Pokemon.

Wurmple (Not including Gyarados). I ended up finding two. One in ruby, the other in emerald.
The first random shiny I saw was hariyama. I couldn't catch it because it used whirlwind on me. I still regret not using a masterball to this day. lol

My first shiny Pokemon was a shiny Swablu on Pokemon Emerald.
At that time I don´t know what a Shiny Pokemon is, but found a gold Swablu awesome, so I caught this.
After that I told my brother about this and he says to me, what a shiny Pokemon is <3

Hello! :3 Mine used to be a Shiny Groudon, I believed it was my first shiny but not until a couple days ago when my sister got PokéBank. She transfered some pokémon and reunited me with an old pokémon I used to have. That's when I remembered that my first Shiny wasn't a Groudon...but a Yanma!! \^3^ I received Yanma when I traded with her, at that time I too did not know of shiny pokémon. The little fellow is Lv.56 So, yea, that's the story of my first Shiny.

xD Not lucky at all! When it evolved into golbat, it kept trying to evolve into crobat, but it couldn't because I don't think I had national dex in that game. So every level up it would troll me. But I kept in party cuz Shiiiiinnnny~ plus needed fly slave.

"Fly Slave" XD I think A shiny Zubat is better than a shiny magickarp. So its still a Golbat right now? :O

Well it was really long time ago. Think I traded the shiny crobat for somethin.... don't even remember =s I guess another notable shiny I caught was a Beldum in safari zone. I still have em in my pc, but after shiny beldum event, he's not very unique any more.
